We sent the wrong order or product, you received any broken product, or you received a poor/defective quality product.
2.The following reasons are covered by our 30 day limited guarantee return/exchange policy. (Customer is responsible for return postage and replacement postage).
You selected the wrong product size.
For personal reasons such as changing your mind, personal preference, etc.
