Why have't received a confirmation email?
If you have not received an email automatically after you placed your order, then that means the email you provided to us was mistyped. Please contact us so that we can make the changes necessary.

I ordered the wrong size, can I make a correction?
As long as the processing is not completed, meaning, you have not received a tracking number, then yes, we may exchange the size of the item ordered. This only applied to items that are not personalized/customized.

I received a notification that my item it's on its way but there haven't been any updates on the tracking link.
Please allow 24-72 hours for a shipping carrier to update their tracking information. If more than 72 hours have passed by and no updates are showing then please contact us!

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, a cancellation request could be made within 24 hours after order placed (Note: Custom-made puzzles,replacement ONLY).

How can I apply a discount code?
During checkout, you'll be provided with the option to enter a discount code. Make sure to use it during checkout.

It's been more than 3 week and my order still doesn't arrive?
Make sure to read the description of the product you have ordered. All wood puzzle products may take longer than the regular processing time.
Where my package will be shipped from?
We do have warehouses in several countries, so packages will be shipped out from different places. Our factories are located in Vietnam, India and China. After your order is placed, it will be shipped out from the nearest warehouse to your shipping address.
